RawToJPG Privacy Policy

Files and metadata
RawToJPG processes RAW files selected through the operating-system file picker on the device. RAW files and generated JPG files are not sent to RawToJPG servers for conversion.
When Preserve metadata is selected, camera information and location information contained in the source may remain in the JPG. You can also choose to remove location information or all metadata.
Advertising and privacy choices
The Free version uses Google rewarded ads. Pro does not request ads. Google may process approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
On iOS, RawToJPG may request App Tracking Transparency permission before initializing ads. Conversion remains available if tracking is not allowed. Where available, advertising consent and tracking permission can be changed through Privacy choices in the app and iOS Settings.
Purchases
Pro purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. RawToJPG does not receive payment-card details directly and stores the resulting Pro entitlement on the device.
Inquiries and update checks
When you send an in-app inquiry, the message, app version, operating system, and Free/Pro status are transmitted for customer support. No login or email address is required for an in-app inquiry.
If you contact the privacy email address directly, the sender’s email address and email contents are also received.
The app may check public version information on the official AgentWorks Studio site to provide update notices.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare may process inquiry content, IP addresses, and request metadata as needed to deliver and protect inquiry forwarding and update checks. Inquiry content is delivered to a Google-hosted support mailbox.
Google processes advertising, consent management, and Google Play purchases, while Apple processes App Store purchases. When you use these features, information may be processed outside South Korea through encrypted network connections. Applicable law and each provider’s privacy policy and service terms apply.
Retention, deletion, and your rights
In-app and direct-email inquiries are retained in the support mailbox for one year from receipt and then deleted. Advertising and store information is retained according to the relevant provider’s policies.
Local RAW and JPG files can be deleted using operating-system file-management tools. Advertising consent and iOS tracking permission can be changed using the controls described above.
To request access to or deletion of inquiry information or to make a privacy request, email agentworks.dev@gmail.com. Because an in-app inquiry contains no account or email address, include its approximate submission time or a short excerpt needed to locate it.
