hapdongRM
합동사 생산 관리
Built for Hapdong Bindtech's bookbinding floor, hapdongRM manages job requests, process progress, job order, daily reports, and customer AlimTalk notifications across mobile app and web.
Bookbinding work needs a shared view of job state.
Customer requests, contacts, printer reference details, binding method, due date, process inputs, priority, and daily reports can easily split across separate tools. hapdongRM keeps the binding workflow, from request intake to packed completion, visible in one operating system.
A shared mobile app for administrators and workers, plus a web console for wider-screen operations.
Administrators use the mobile app to create job requests, adjust job order, review progress, and check daily reports. Workers open jobs by their assigned process, save process inputs, and mark work complete. The web console supports progress review, job search, priority control, contact management, monthly and customer-based job lookup, and billing statement output on a larger screen. Job registration and completion can also be sent to customer contacts through Kakao AlimTalk links for progress and history lookup.
- Job request fields for customer, contact, printer references, title, size, quantity, binding, packaging, attachments, post-processing, due date, and notes
- Process tracking from inbound through cutting, folding, collating, binding, trimming, and packing
- Priority control for pending and in-progress jobs
- Contact management for customers, customer contacts, and printer references
- Monthly and customer-based job lookup with billing statement output
- Daily reports for completed work
- Kakao AlimTalk alerts for job registration and completion
Job requests and process state stay connected through completion.
Job requests capture the book title, size, quantity, binding, packaging, attachments, post-processing, due date, and notes. Work is tracked through inbound, cutting, folding, collating, binding, trimming, and packing, with exception paths such as cutting-only, folding-only, and collating-only. Completed jobs can be reviewed again by date in daily reports.
